These terms govern your use of app.suprematic.ai (the "Site"), operated by Suprematic ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Access to the Suprematic platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Suprematic and to request a demonstration. You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any law or the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or disrupt its operation;
• scrape, copy or reverse engineer the Site or its interactive product demonstration;
• submit false information or information you have no right to share.

Product demonstration

The interactive workspace on the Site shows how Suprematic presents simulations. The client, audiences, questions and figures it contains are fictional and are provided for demonstration only.

Nature of simulations

Suprematic simulations estimate how populations may respond under stated conditions. They describe distributions of possible behaviour, not predictions about any individual, and they do not guarantee any outcome. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, software and the Suprematic name and logo, are owned by Suprematic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in them other than to use the Site as described here.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site. Please do not submit confidential information through the demo request form; we will arrange an appropriate agreement before you share confidential material with us. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suprematic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
