This policy explains what personal information Suprematic ("we", "us") collects through app.suprematic.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Demo requests. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, sector, a description of the decision you want to simulate and, if you choose, the audiences involved.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, to operate and secure the Site.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you do not include it in your demo request.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and arrange a demonstration.
- To communicate with you about Suprematic, where you have asked us to or where the law allows.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through the Site to train simulation models.
Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process demo requests to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and we process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting and internal messaging and email tools, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit.
Retention
We keep demo requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email hello@suprematic.ai. We will respond within the time required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above.
